Use these categories when contacting support so the team can route the issue quickly and ask only for the details needed to investigate.

Contact support

Email [email protected] with your app version, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Do not include raw food logs, weight history, or health records unless support asks for them and you choose to share them.

Before contacting support

  • For local export, open Profile, Data, Export local data.
  • For local deletion, open Profile, Data, Delete local data.
  • For app issues, include your app version, device model, iOS version, and what you tapped before the issue.
  • For nutrition corrections, include the food name, serving size, calories, macros, and label details if available.

Diagnostic summary

The in-app Support screen can export a diagnostic JSON summary with app version, platform, and local record counts. It omits food names, nutrition values, weight values, and notes by default.

Use this support page, email [email protected], or the in-app Support screen for production support. Support intake should never require raw food, body, or health data unless the user explicitly chooses to share it.
